Our Policies

Missed Appointments:

• Urgent Care Clinic: A $40 fee will be charged for any missed appointment, without 2 hours’ notice.
• Family Medicine & Specialists: A $40 fee will be charged for any missed appointment, without 24 hours’ notice.

Late arrivals:

• It is always appreciated to advise us if you are running late by calling (514) 819-6649 or by emailing us at reception@santemontroyal.com.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we cannot guarantee you will be seen. Your health care professional will decide at the time of your arrival if they are able to accommodate you.

Mutual Respect:

• Santé Mont-Royal has a zero-tolerance policy.
• Staff are entitled to a safe and respectful work environment.
• Violent behaviour towards staff in this office will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave.
• Verbal abuse and harassment of staff is not tolerated. This includes yelling, swearing or other abusive behaviour. This may result in your appointment being cancelled and your health care professional, being advised.
• Any verbal abuse or harassment of staff by telephone may result in call being disconnected.
