• We encourage everyone to book appointments online, with their family doctor.
• All appointments are posted 30 days in advance, at 9:00am
• Several follow-up appointments are posted  3 and 7 days  in advance, in accordance with your doctor’s schedule.
• If no appointment is available with your family doctor, please check back later or the following day. You can also subscribe to the Appointment Alert  Notification (available online only).
• For minor emergencies (when your doctor is not available), please make an appointment at our urgent care clinic or contact your doctor’s nurse.   *This is NOT for check-ups, routine follow-ups or examinations prescribed by another physician.
• To contact your doctors’ nurse, or to book your child’s visit and/or vaccinations, please send an email to infirmieresgmf@santemontroyal.com.

**IMPORTANT**:

Our appointment booking agent has access to the SAME appointments as those published online. If there are no appointments available online, there are none for the agent as well.

Verbal abuse of these agents will not be tolerated. Such behaviour can result in the automatic disconnection of the call. 

Our agents can only offer what is available, in accordance with your doctor’s availability.
