Family Medicine

Our family medicine team is a dynamic group of professionals who provide comprehensive care to their community and surrounding areas. The multidisciplinary team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, dieticians, pharmacists, and social workers. The team is committed to providing their patients with primary health care services that are innovative, collaborative and interprofessional.

Urgent Care

Our Urgent Care clinic is a service offered to our GMF patients and the general public, that allows everyone of all ages, to consult a physician for minor emergencies, 365 days of the year.

GMF Nurses

The activities of the GMF nurse covers various fields of intervention: prevention, promotion, evaluation, follow-up, coordination, and teaching. They work in collaboration with our family doctors and other professionals to ensure a joint follow-up with patients.
