For Urgent Care Appointments:
A $40 fee will be charged for any missed appointment, without 2 hours’ notice.

For Family Medicine & Specialist Appointments:
A $40 fee will be charged for any missed appointment, without 24 hours’ notice.

To Cancel an Appointment:

Late Arrivals:
It is always appreciated to advise us if you are running late by calling (514) 819-6649 or by emailing us at reception@santemontroyal.com.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we cannot guarantee you will be seen. Your health care professional will decide at the time of your arrival if they are able to accommodate you.
