Booking an Appointment

We encourage everyone to book appointments online, with their family doctor.
All appointments are posted 30 days in advance.
Several follow up appointments are released regularly, 36 and 72 hours in advance, in accordance with your doctor’s schedule.
If no appointment is available with your family doctor and you have a minor emergency, please book an appointment in our urgent care clinic, or contact your doctor’s nurse.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING AN UPDATED LIST OF YOUR MEDICATION TO EVERY APPOINTMENT.
In a true emergency please call 9-1-1 or go to your local emergency room.
If you have a family doctor at our clinic you have access to urgent care appointments 48 hours in advance as of 8pm.
For Urgent Care Appointments: Cancellations made with less than 2 hours‘ notice are subject to a $40 fee.
For Family Medicine & Specialist Appointments: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours‘ notice may be subject to a $40 fee.
