Important Booking Information.

> Patients not registered with a family physician in our GMF, have access ONLY to the schedule of the day. Appointments for the following day are released every evening at 8pm.

> ONLY patients with a valid Quebec RAMQ card can book online.

> Patients without a valid Quebec RAMQ card must call 514-819-6649, option 4, to book an appointment.

> A fee of $40 will be charged for all appointments that are missed without cancellation.
