It was distilled on Feb 28, 2007 and was aged for over 15 years in a Bourbon Hogshead and finished for 12 months in a Port Barrique. There were a total of 202 bottles dumped on Jan 3, 2023. This was bottled at 57. 5% and was not chill filtered.
