At the top of the lid holder you can attach an (inverted) lid of a Dutch Oven or the grill rack from the Pro FT series. You can use the lid as a baking tray or pan and you can draw stripes on the grill rack, aka barbecuing. If you place a Dutch Oven upside down on the Lid Holder with Grill Grate and Charcoal Tray (briquette holder), you can smoke fish or meat under it.
