Fine autograph letter signed by him, dated 22 4 1857, to the German pianist Alfred Dorffell (1821 1905), concerning a Sonata he is composing and about Mendelssohn and Handel music supporters of the time. Each page's size is 4. 2 x 6. 8 inches, 4 written pages in one folded sheet, overall rust tone, folds, few creases; in very good condition. Handwritten
