Martin & Anna Arndorfer Grüner Veltliner Strasser Weinberge, 2022 tequila seltzer First Run was Wolves’ premierThis is not your everyday Grner Veltliner. 100% single varietal, aged in neutral barrel for 11 months and a small amount of stainless steel tank, for an absolutely delicious depth of texture and finish. Sourced from vines on soils made of silty clay and sand, the wine is bursting with acidity and flavors of ripe yellow peach and bruised yellow apples. We would pair it with an authentic Viennese Schnitzel.
