Your health care professional will decide at the time of your arrival if they are able to accommodate you.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Mutual Respect:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Sant\u00e9 Mont-Royal has a <b>zero-tolerance<\/b> policy.<\/li><li>Staff are entitled to a safe and respectful work environment.<\/li><li>Violent behaviour towards staff in this office will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave.<\/li><li>Verbal abuse and harassment of staff is not tolerated. This includes yelling, swearing or other abusive behaviour.
