class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Our nurse clinicians work closely with your family doctor, in the care of their patients.<\/p><p>Upon referral by one of our doctors, patients registered in our GMF can receive services concerning a variety of health problems including diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol problems, medication, chronic illness monitoring, as well as offering PAP tests.<\/p><p>Nurses also offer diagnostic testing for cognitive disorder screening, memory difficulties, counseling and teaching for sexually transmitted infections, contraception, and child development (0-5 years old).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-46e84a3 elementor-widget
