Made with heirloom Ohio Valley blue corn

as mentholated herbs and hints of wild strawberry linger on and on

Armand Rousseau Pere et Fils Chambertin Grand Cru - 1990 (750ml) Oloroso Sherry This low production 100% Cabernet95 points, Falstaff Light carmine garnet, wider water edge, edge lightening. On the nose, intense floral bouquet, mineral lemony, delicate hints of Brettanomyces, overall a quite inviting, because multi layered bouquet. Elegant on the palate, rich in finesse, very balanced, a feminine style, carried by a fine sweetness, perfect balance, sticks well, a parade Burgundy of feminine charms.
