Constructed of blackened and silvered brass, consisting of a one piece vaulted Cross Patte with a blackened core within a silvered frame, the obverse with a central mobile swastika, the six oclock arm with a reinstitution date of 1939, the reverse with a clip hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked but demonstrating the characteristics of an
