In de neus is hij complex en krachtig met aroma's van gekarameliseerd wit fruit als perzik en kweepeer samen met de geur van hazelnoten, amandelen en acaciahoning. In de mond geeft hij een aromatische rijkdom van briochebrood, karamel en gedroogd fruit. Hij is vol romig met een zeer zachte mousse. De harmonie is fantastich! De wijn rijpt 3 jaar 'sur lattes'.
