A rare German language copy of the Four Power Pact Treaty from the personal library of AH, constructed of a pale green paper stock binding with 15 paginated interior pages featuring the provisions of the Italian directed treaty implemented at Mussolinis behest in 1933, published by A. Radeke in Berlin, the interior of the cover retaining the official bookplate of AH which has detached from its original pasted position, measuring
