The Southpaw mounts underneath the left handlebar so you can safely actuate your dropper post without sacrificing your grip. Compatibility: Intended for use with KS dropper posts, however, the lever has the ability to be fed either direction making it compatible with all dropper posts. Previous models were available in a 22. 2mm split clamp bar mount only, but options will be available for Shimano I Spec II, I Spec
