She was live action Alice in those animated Alice in Wonderland Cartoonland cartoons. She was the first star for Walt Disney, pre dating Mickey Mouse. She signed a contract (as all celebrities do) and this is that contract with her signature. I recall visiting Walt Disney World a few years ago to see her autograph and photo framed in a gift
