El Salvador, Republic. An Air Force Pilot Badge, By N.S. Meyer, C.1985 Auction inscribed "ENTREE A MOSCOU" above(Fuerza Area Salvadorea). In bronze gilt, maker marked "N. S. MEYER, INC. NEW YORK" with the company's insignia on the reverse, measuring 77. 2 mm (w) x 20. 2 mm (h), horizontal pinback, contact marks evident on the reverse, better than very fine. Footnote: The Salvadoran Air Force is the air force component of the Armed Forces of El Salvador, and is an independent branch from the army and navy.
